01What makes Aureus different?

We solve the cases standard education providers struggle to handle: difficult, unusual and urgent problems. Our network combines Oxford, Cambridge and Ivy League+ mentors with former admissions officers, Oxbridge fellows, subject specialists and elite competition talent.

02Do you take urgent and last-minute cases?

Yes. We take urgent applications, late test preparation, imminent interviews and academic emergencies. Send the exact deadline, target and current materials so we can start with the highest-value work.

03Can you help when other advisers have already tried?

Yes. Many families come to Aureus after a plan has stalled or a previous intervention has not worked. We reassess the problem, change the people around it and rebuild the route forward.

04How quickly can urgent support begin?

Urgent enquiries are triaged as soon as the key facts arrive. We then match the right specialist and order the work around the remaining time.

05Who are the Aureus mentors?

Every mentor comes from Oxford, Cambridge or an Ivy League+ university. Senior programmes can include Oxbridge fellows and former admissions officers. Competition and enrichment work can also involve world champions, national-team coaches, Olympiad talent, published researchers and founders.

06How does mentor matching work?

We match the person to the exact task: subject, level, target, deadline and working style. Larger cases may use one lead with separate experts for testing, writing, interviews, academics or competitions.

07Can a mentor be changed?

Yes. If a different specialist would move the work faster or suit the student better, we can adjust the team.

08Which ages and year groups do you work with?

Most students are in secondary school, sixth form or the final years before university. We also support younger students with advanced enrichment and graduate candidates with higher-degree applications.

09Where are your students based?

Aureus works with students worldwide, including in the UK, India, the UAE and Singapore. Online delivery lets us match by expertise rather than geography.

10Are sessions online?

Most one-to-one programmes are online. In-person and institutional delivery can be arranged for selected engagements.

11Do you support Oxbridge applications?

Yes. Support can cover course and college strategy, supercurricular work, written materials, TARA, TMUA, ESAT, LNAT, UCAT and subject-specific interviews.

12What does Ivy League+ mean?

Ivy League+ includes the eight Ivy institutions and other exceptionally selective US universities such as Stanford, MIT, Duke, Northwestern and the University of Chicago. The programme is built around the student’s real list.

13Do you support SAT and ACT?

Yes. We can help choose the more suitable test, rebuild content foundations, improve timing and prepare for official sittings.

14Do you support AP exams?

Yes. Coverage includes high-demand Mathematics, Sciences, Economics, History, English and Social Science subjects, with both subject teaching and exam technique.

15Which school curricula do you teach?

Our core academic mentoring covers IB, A-Level, AP, CBSE and ICSE, with selected other curricula and university-level extension.

16What debate expertise does Aureus have?

The network includes world champion debate coaches, elite speakers, former national-team debaters and coaches. We support World Schools, parliamentary debate, public speaking, selection trials and tournament strategy.

17Do you support MUN?

Yes. Programmes can cover committee research, position papers, speeches, negotiation, resolution work and conference strategy.

18Which competitions do you support?

Debate, MUN, essay prizes, business challenges, STEM and robotics competitions, Olympiad pathways and other selective programmes. The mentor match comes from people with relevant winning or coaching experience.

19Can Aureus help with research or publication?

Yes. We can help students choose a strong question, learn the right methods, develop the work, strengthen the writing and identify suitable publication routes.

20Do you work with graduate applicants?

Yes. Graduate support can include programme strategy, statements, CVs, research direction, GRE or GMAT preparation and interviews.

21How many sessions will a student need?

It depends on the problem and the deadline. Some cases need a single intervention; others need a coordinated team over months or years. We scope the work after reviewing the case.

22How much does Aureus cost?

Fees depend on the specialist team, intensity and scope. We provide a clear proposal after reviewing the case.

23How are parents kept informed?

The reporting rhythm is agreed at the start. It may include milestones, written updates and review calls, depending on the student’s age and programme.

24Will you coordinate with a school counsellor or teacher?

Yes, where the family and school want a joined-up approach. Aureus can take the specialist parts of the case while the school retains day-to-day context.

25Can schools and education organisations partner with Aureus?

Yes. Institutional partnerships are handled privately. Contact us with details of the organisation, the requirement and the intended timeline to receive further information.

26Is the consultation confidential?

Yes. Student, family and partner information is handled confidentially and used to assess and deliver the requested work.

27What should I send first?

The student’s year group, location, target, exact deadline, current materials and a short explanation of what has already been tried. WhatsApp is the fastest way to start an urgent case.
