Privacy
How Aureus handles your information.
Last updated 04 September 2026
Information you choose to share
The programme diagnostic stores the details you submit so Aureus can assess the enquiry, identify the right specialist and contact you. This may include contact details, the student’s year group, school system, location, target, deadline and current preparation. The final step can also open a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your device.
How information is used
We use enquiries, student materials and programme records to communicate with families and partners, recommend services, match mentors, deliver programmes, maintain quality, manage payments and meet legal or safeguarding obligations.
Student information
Student information is treated as confidential. We share it only with people who need it to assess or deliver the programme, or where required by law, safety or safeguarding duties. Families should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records are retained only for as long as they are useful for responding, programme administration or a legitimate legal requirement. You may ask Aureus to correct or delete an enquiry record.
